"SiteBG" EOOD carries out its activities in accordance with the Personal Data Protection Act and Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council of April 27, 2016 on the protection of natural persons in connection with the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data.

This Agreement for the processing of personal data (hereinafter referred to as the "Agreement") is applicable to all natural and legal persons who have accepted Terms of use for the use of SITE-BG. The Agreement describes all the principles that "SiteBG" EOOD observes in the processing, storage and deletion of personal data provided by a natural or legal person - a User of the Platform (collectively hereinafter referred to as the "User") in connection with the use of the service Administering and processing tests (collectively hereinafter referred to as the "Service") on the SITE-BG platform (site-bg.net, hereinafter referred to as the "Platform") and bind the User from the moment of his registration as a user of the Service.

Please familiarize yourself with this document in detail. If you wish to use the Service through the Platform, you are required to accept the Agreement.

1. Processing of personal data

Processing of personal data ("Processing") is any action or set of actions that may be performed in relation to personal data by automatic or other means, such as collection, recording, organization, storage, adaptation or modification, restoration, consultation, use, disclosure or transmission, distribution, provision, update or combination, blocking, deletion or destruction of the data.


2. Users

2.1. In order to provide the Service "SiteBG" EOOD processes data about the Users when using the Service.

2.2. "SiteBG" EOOD processes the personal data of Users in the role of Personal Data Administrator in accordance with the Personal Data Policy.

3. Processing of personal data for the purpose of providing the Service

"SiteBG" Ltd. provides web site development services, which are in the form of monthly services and one-off services.

3.1. "SiteBG" EOOD undertakes not to process the personal data of Customers for purposes other than those defined in this Agreement, except in cases where it is obliged to do so by virtue of the current legislation or in cases where it is in the role of Administrator.

3.2. By accepting this Agreement, you declare that you are informed that in cases defined by law, "SiteBG" EOOD may be obliged to preserve and disclose to the competent authorities information that it processes on your behalf. "SiteBG" EOOD undertakes to inform you of such orders, except in cases where this is prohibited by law.

3.3. The processing of personal data by "SiteBG" EOOD, related to the provision of the Service, takes place on the territory of the Republic of Bulgaria. "SiteBG" EOOD will not use any equipment for processing information from the Clients located outside the EU.

4. Storage, deletion and export of data

By accepting this Agreement, you assign, and "SiteBG" EOOD undertakes:

4.1. to ensure automatic deletion of your account upon termination of your registration on the Platform, except where prohibited by law.

4.2. "SiteBG" EOOD undertakes not to make copies of the personal data entered by the Users, except in cases where this is imperative for the proper functioning of the Platform and the provision of the Service, as well as in the cases provided for by law.

4.3. Export. In case you want and have the legal basis to store your account data on the Platform, you can use the export function from the control panel provided by the relevant hosting company. You undertake not to store in your account and not to extract and process data for which you do not have a legal basis for processing or for which the same has ceased to exist.

4.4. Storage of data during processing: All data entered and processed through the Platform are stored on secure servers in data centers:

(a) Physical access - entrance with electronic security system with recording of every entry and exit, perimeter fence, system for registering access keys provided, 24/7 security, permanent video surveillance of entrances, exits and server rooms.

(b) Electronic access - a personal password for each customer of the service, which is known only to him and only he can change.

5. Security

"SiteBG" EOOD undertakes to:

5.1. implements technical and organizational measures (in terms of personnel, buildings, software, hardware, networks, servers, encryption, control, reporting and monitoring, vulnerability checks, etc.) to ensure a level of protection against unauthorized or accidental access, loss, alteration, disclosure or destruction of data, commensurate with the risks.

5.2. ensure that all persons authorized by "SiteBG" EOOD to process personal data have undertaken an obligation to observe confidentiality and undergo regular training on personal data protection, tailored to their activities.

6. Notice to User

"SiteBG" EOOD undertakes to notify you:

6.1. in the event of an inspection undertaken by the CPLD or another supervisory body for the protection of personal data in connection with data processing in the administration and processing of information through your account on the Platform, except in cases where this is prohibited by law.

6.2. in the event that it finds itself unable to perform its obligations under this Agreement for any reason;

7. User Assistance

"SiteBG" EOOD undertakes to:

7.1. provide assistance in proving the fulfillment of your obligations related to the processing of information commissioned by you.

7.2. assist in fulfilling your obligations to notify the supervisory authority in the event of a security breach.

7.3. assist, as far as possible and reasonably can be expected, through the functionalities of the Platform and through appropriate organizational and technical measures in the performance of your obligations to respond to requests to exercise rights of the owners of the personal data that you process through the Platform, regarding the protection of their personal data.
